Nick Chubb Meet & Greet

As part of dropping our Nick Chubb Collection, we hosted a free Meet and Greet open to the public at our Cleveland store. Over 500 fans showed up. The first arrived at 7:30am in the pouring rain for an event that wouldn't start for five more hours. 90 degrees. A line wrapping around several corners of the mall. People flew in from DC. Families FaceTimed. People cried. We could only get through 300 to 400 before Nick's schedule pulled him away. I was in it from the jump: planning, marketing, content, and running the door on the day.
